I feel the process of 'plain -awareness' is lacking on both the sides.Awareness is very very important!!Awareness is the seed around which 'knowledge' develops.Awareness, knowledge, perception and decision are the four feet of the table of negotiation. More elaborate, wide, all-encompassing the awareness.. more refined the decisions. More the awareness more the choices. And it touches all aspects of life too!! If you are aware of what you want, then there are more chances of you finding that thing..OR else life will 'hand-in something ,anything which you DON"T want!! .. and you will be left holding on to it and wondering 'what' and 'why'..!! so you have to be very very carefull. -from raaj joshi - aventinesylla@yahoo.co,in

I, as a by-stander, tend to think that, to have a FULL range - in fact, in any bi-lateral relation, the primary NEED is CONTENT ..!! , without which a vacuum develops..A FULL RANGE OF CONTENT, A FULL RANGE OF DIPLOMATIC AND POLITICAL 'CARDS' if you will, though ,I feel 'cards' is a tacky word. This full range ..is unfortunately missing.. In fact I feel that the data-base on which both sides are acting is rediculously in sufficient and hence inefficient. i do not think that any one party is responsible for this state of affaire...this is a systemic problem, hence a person's or personalitie's role is highly limited. ........................................from RAAJ JOSHI.. aventinesylla@yahoo.co.in
