A provision in the massive health care reform bill would have the US government reimbursing Christian Science practitioners for prayer treatments. Los Angeles Times contributor Kim Geiger shares her insights with RT.

However, the cost of the plan has already sparked huge controversy, but a new discovery is only fanning the flames of discontent.

We are to trust in God always and we should not be paying for prayers. We soon will not be allowed to pray at all. All people need to pray to God for this country we are living in now. It will be judged by GOD.

The separation of church and state would be muddled even more if the tax payers have to pay for christian science prayers as health insurance coverage. It never ceases to amaze everyone of the schemes and scams that are enacted into American law by the rich elete, misguided office holders.
