What the hell is "unethical" about a medical test? [Unless it is unreliable] The alternative would be living in ignorance, knowing I would have cancer in 10 years would help me plan ahead and even get treatment that would have otherwise been too late. Of course, people will need to be reminded that they should consult a doctor before acting upon such a test, but otherwise I do not see the problem, it seems to me that not taking the test would be living in denial!
