PK, Precisely they are fat becauSe they eat bad, cheap food with a lot of cholesterol. The second fattest nation in the World after the U.S. is Mexico... In Japan, the slimmest nation between industrialsed nations, and Italy, the slimmest nation in Europe there are also macs...but Japanese and Italians only eat fast food occasionaly while relying during the week on traditional dishes.

Short carbohydrates, that's the reason. Soft drinks, confectionary, even burger buns are heavily sugared, so that caramelisation makes them somewhat resistant to water. Think about it, human diet was virtually carb-free for hundreds of thousands years, we had no chance to adapt to this madness.

Geez you don't have to be a brain surgeon to work this one out. Every time their elbows bend their driving some processed, fat ridden product into their mouths. They just have to take responsibility for their own actions and stop pointing the finger at every other reason. Do McDonalds drive out to their home pick them up and drive them back to the restaurant and shove food down their throat. Of course not. They willingly go their themselves. They have a discipline problem and their marketers have worked this out. I just hope the rest of the world see this and not import their bad habits. By the way why is it we never hear the word fat anymore? That maybe part of the problem. Face the truth and become plant strong instead.
