ROAR: Russian Opinion and Analytics Review, Apr.7
Published: 07 April, 2009, 12:45
This Tuesday, ROAR offers a diplomat’s view on a Communist victory, some experts’ doubts about the G20, and a political scientist’s opinion on strategic choices in Russia-U.S. relations.

We used to observe USA as it says – united states. But the first experience one gets when stepping on USA soil is – there is no state in any European meaning – you walk through “continental state”. This missing direct “experience of USA” is critical broken pillar of the entire East European set of governments. Russia is inheriting an immanent and globally first political experience of the true continental state. Not imperial, but homogenous continental state. Presently fully unfolding political evolution of USA is not definable from “continental state” any more. It transgressed to “USA state of mind” and lost its natural attachment to any people or any country, land or territory. It spins around pretention of “not clinging up” to any form of political balance being the ultimate leading factor by self-definition. But loosing a basement of people under the feet – we can’t declare it as stabile floating in free market who will manage the stability for us. It wont and never did. It will only overload the entire environment and kept on floating on account of others. Russian problem is dramatically overloaded with incapable Eastern Europe where the “USA state of mind” projects her last addictive hope. This is the highest state of danger and Putin is locating it very, very expectedly! No failure in the sequence!
