Russia's Foreign Ministry is accusing the US of non-compliance with a number of key arms control and nuclear non-proliferation treaties.
According to the report, which has just been published on the Ministry's website, from 1996 to 2001, the US failed to prevent the loss of 1,500 radioactive materials.
Moscow says Washington has failed to comply with the old nuclear START treaty by returning to service several missile silos it was supposed to scrap.
Washington is also accused of failing to comply with international agreements on missile technologies, and for helping Israel create its air defense system.
Another allegation is the US supplied military equipment to many countries including those it blacklisted itself.
Political analyst Vladimir Kozin sees the Russian Foreign Ministry’s report as a response to a similar paper published not long ago by the US Department of State.
“It appeared – for the general public – on July 28, and the Russian Foreign Ministry refuted its content. But they also decided to offer some sort of a response in the form of a report that appeared today,” Kozin told RT.
So far there has been no official reaction from Washington.

What's a country that spends $700,000,000,000 on war materials in one year going to do with it? Right! Use it or sell it, what else. To make it more interesting, the mnoey they are spending is all counterfeit money but if I put a gun to your head it would be real money wouldn't it? All this news tells us about the battles but what about the war? America is on the Road to Empire and we're hearing about its strategy to accomplish that. You know, down thru history, waves have been hitting the beach, some small, some big but they all have had the same destiny, like countries. Think America's gonna be the "winner"? I read the best history book of them all. Actually its 66 books written over a period of about 1,400 years. The author wrote thru many writers and what they've prophesied has and is chiseled in stone. America? What a shame. John 3:16
.p.s . . .it's incredible to think that W.Europe would actually 'Go to War' over E.Europe? they are both geographically and culturally far closer to Russia, and should have been allowed to stay that way. their absorption has proved both costly+dangerous.NATO should've disbanded long ago ..it and the U.S. Military have outlived their usefulness.'Friends' and that's what we've become, ought to accord one another more Trust+Respect, not just 'Burgers" and a creeping Military.

GaryMax, That tells me that only RT has the guts to expose anyone suspecious hiding behind iron curtain. How about you?
