Russia unlikely to pay back US over AMD plans

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is due to arrive in Moscow for a three-day official visit for talks focusing on Iran's nuclear program, missile defense and the new strategic arms reduction treaty.
The people will see as politicians will know; so people will know as politicians will see; and be able to tell exactly how things are.










It goes without saying that Russia should give something to Hillari in return for US having suspended the AMD. Well, would the Lomonosov Peace Prize be acceptable? We could give yet another one to be delivered to Obama?
