K. Kosachev: "They want to develop their national and multinational missile systems without any agreements with Russia or any other country. This is absolutely unacceptable for us." The underlying premise of any international negotiations conducted by America is, has always been and will always be, "what's best for us" in a strategic sense. The strategic goal of America is to maintain and enhance America's dominance in the world. Currently, America sees the Russian Federation as their primary impediment to their dream of world dominance. China will be dealt with in the future. America will grasp whatever opportunities is available to squeeze and squeeze the Russian Federation into irrelevance, both psychologically and physically. This is the only possible rationale for surrounding the RF with NATO controlled nations and placing missiles right next to the walls of Kremlin. The RF is chasing an illusion if she thinks that America will relinquish her right to develop advanced weaponry based on some kind of an "agreement". These are difficult times for the Russian Federation as they see America undermining the nation's interests wherever they can, even to the point of facilitating the Afghan heroin influx into the RF. The Russian Federation must not permit the Americans to undermine its military strength. A militarily weakened Russian Federation will be a kiss of death for that nation. And, of course, it is also very dangerous to have only America predominant in the world without any counter balance. I believe that America is currently in an irreversible process of internal decay, and it is not inconceivable that conditions would be ripe for the rise of a dictatorship. When the Roman Empire began to decay, it gave birth to a series of insane and brutal emperors who engaged in detrimental military ventures.

This talk of Russia turning it's back on Iran is troubling. If Russia allows western powers to overthrow Iran, then there will be new bases and weapons installed in that country again pointing directly at the Bear. Surely the Russian leaders know that they too are on the short list to be taken over and controlled by the sinister new world order cartel.
