US-Russian relations this year have been dominated by talks over a new arms reduction treaty, and Iran's nuclear ambitions. RT discussed these issues with Sergey Ryabkov, Russia's deputy foreign minister.
What Ken say is perfect. Look at the leadership that we will have if Russia and America will work hand in hand for the good of whole mankind. No more wast of trillions $ on armaments; great possibilities to go from one country to the other; harmonisation of social programs and implimentation of a World wages standard, as it exist for oil, gas, metals etc. Environmentals, demographics and exploitation of men par other men problems will be resolved. What a wonderfull World will it be ! Unfortunatly, in the West and in a smaler mesure in Russia, a few thousands no good, cynical, greedy imperialist "bastards" do not want it that way and we have not yet found a way to get ride of them. To the contrary, they now have, (after having bought and set decisions'makers-prostitutes and millions of collabos) all the leviers of command. In a certain way, they are, like Al-Quaeda's religious fanatics, a kind of kamikazes, prefering to die rather than sharing their priviledges and their excess of money...I had suggested some kind of god understanding like that, right from the beginning of Mr Obama's presidency, as a surprise, with other important BRIC nations' help and consent, to fool all those who had manipulated him.(It was, just, my personnal wishfull- thinking). This man end-up, being like our french president (also business-lawsyer) a machiavelic comedian, without the vision nor the courage to take on such a challenge. He just wanted the job and nothing else. Sorry Future Generations...Bonne Année 2010... Jean-Claude Meslin

Russia and the USA need to learn to work together. They need to be better friends than the USA and Britain. Together they would be strong, and would have each others back. Russia has much to offer the USA, and the USA has much to offer Russia. They can begin with relaxation of visas. Allow people to visit under the same rules as those visiting from the Eu to the USA, or the USA to the EU. To help each other should be top priority, not behave like little children. Tourism helps both countries. Exports help both countries. I believe in President Medvedev and in President Obama. The two can take the lead in our world if they so choose.
