What would we join it to, it's a rusty old piece of junk, so we would need to shine it up first, before we could even weld it to something else, like the Titanic! But I just re-read the title and it says 'joint NATO' so does that mean we are supposed to smoke it :-) But it seems so awfully old and stale for that! But what about another idea joining it, well the WTO has taken over 16 years, needing unanimous consent, so the Joint idea could be better. At least we would be smoking. Whichever way you look at it, you would either get a bad taste in the mouth or a piece of scrap metal hanging around your neck. Any alternatives - yes maybe the formula one CSTO with tubocharged rapid reaction force! Well tricky choice there! I go with CSTO. NATO goodbye!
