Before ratifying this document, the Russian elected legislators whose primarily duty is the protection of the Russian people must ask the President of the Russian Federation to clarify why the United States is still determined to bring Missile Shields to the door steps of Russia. The idea that this is done so to protect the world from missiles from Iran is not credible.
