As I have written , several times before, America must stop talking and prove her SINCERITY by concrete actions. So far the USA are the World unic troubles-maker and I will go as far as saying the sole Devil's Empire. In that judgement I try not to implicate the great majority of US citizen who do like it is done in most countries: trusting their leaders. They are as naive as we are in France, England and many other countries and pay for the consequences of it. Just a few thousands greedy american, french and british crooks are responsible for all of mankind's miseries. So; american citizen; clean your own mess, because, since you are supposed to be the greatest democracy on Earth, you VOTE ! When your country will have scrapped that useless ABM system and removed from outside her territory all military, spying personal and installations, START signing will take place. As far as any terrian can see, no other nation on this planet has produced such an imperialistic hegemony on the five continents. Russia, China or India have none of those military presence in Canada, Mexico or Nicaragua. France (little America) and Great-Britain have some which should be also removed but those states are insignificant; they, intellectualy masturbate themselve, wasting their last money before bankruptcy to still pretend to be great powers. Please Russia, do not fall in the US-NATO consocium's trap; the time is on your side ! Sincerely...Jean-Claude Meslin

I see that the Treaty is scheduled to have been signed by the middle of April. Does that mean that we are going to have WWIII in 20 days, or so?

This Prague signing is just a photo-op to present Barak Hussein Obama as presidential to the folks back home and improve the changes of the democratic party in this November election. I have not read this treaty, but from my experience with past US-USSR treaties, this treaty will be absolutely meaningless when it comes to curtailing American and Russian nuclear weapons development and destructiveness. Sure, a few antiquated nuclear warheads will be destroyed to grand media hoopla, but that is all.

Some experts believe the Nuclear Treaty will really not resolve anything. The faked US reset policy towards Russia will continue to escalate into growing confrontation accompanied by the US further loosing its influence and reputation globaly. Of course, this start Treaty has nothing to do with the November elections, but is just a mere Obama's attempt (though, a rather naive one) to win another Nobel Peace Prize (NPP). Because, you see, for the first NPP he did virtually nothing to deserve it, but for the second one he will have at least something. I think the whole mess will eventually evolve into each American President winning the NPP every year. My personal opinion is that this a fair enough arrangement, because, after all, between two phone calls from Israel with the orders about what he can do and what he is not allowed to say, or to do, Obama has a right to do something for himself.

You guys say that the US is faking and that they wont do anything. You know what Russia would do the same, actually russia has backed on its word before. In 1972 at the Biological weapons convention, the USSR signed the treaty. But then they continued on with their biological weapons programs.
