Strategic issues such as the shelving of US AMD in Eastern Europe shouldn’t dominate relations between states in the modern world, says Sergey Utkin from the Institute of World Economy and International Relations.
Make money, not war. We will never get to the stars if we keep wasting resources on military adventurism.

Absolutely corect, the reality is that now Russia,USA,Old Europe, China and upcoming India are the strategic players in the world. These are the ones that will determine the security or lack of it in the world and the overall interest balance. Discussions with other nations, need to take on a more realistic normal character, discussing trade, culture, social development ...... Strategic discussions in these forums are meaningless, counterproductive and quite frankly a waste of time and effort.
