TSA agents become rapists

Published: 09 December, 2011, 00:11

TSA

The next time you board a flight in the US, be prepared to hand over your luggage to government-hired rapists. Under the FBI’s updated definition of rape, agents with the TSA are as good as guilty of the crime.

Welcome to America The most terrorist country on earth. The first country to drop an atomic bomb on innocent civilians. Lol and the American people think they are heroes !! You are not heroes you are terrorists child killers. and you support Israel the war machine. Your time has come. I hope your children die like the Iraqi children. Keep on watching twilight and dancing with the stars while money is being used to kill innocent people. Its ok I know you don't care. But guess what? Israel will turn on you one day and you will experience the suffering you caused for all those poor countries you invaded. Then you will know how it feels like to lose your child by a drone attack. Or how it feels to know that your country is destroyed. One day America. One day you will experience all the pain you caused and the bloodshed. God bless America the land of heroes (sarcasm)

and tsa is groping Americans for 10 years now?

how strange.

what would happened if Americans hijacked planes in the first place? would they be groping Chinese? or Germans?

I'm ashamed of saying I'm Ameican. I don't get it at first TSA wasn't doing a good job and now they have gone to far? So if a bomb gets through then TSA is the one to blame for not having tougher screenings? I guarantee that most of the allegations are exaggerated, I know a lot of people that work for TSA and trust me they hate it and have no interest in "rapping" anyone. Do you know how many times they hear "Why am I being searched? Do I look like a terrorist?".

If it is true that Americans consent to be governed, then it can be said that they, through their elected representatives in Congress and President, have consented to be searched by the TSA in whatever manner prescribed. This is the crux of so-called representative democracy. Is it possible that Americans and other citizens have NOT consented? Is "consent theory" hogwash? Are governments legitimate? I would argue that the TSA has cast a light of truth on to the myth of consent. What if the consent of a majority of white males (blacks and women were not allowed to vote) WAS NOT a legitimate means of determining consent during the ratification of the U.S. Constitution? What if the Constitution is illegitimate and has no power over anyone living within the borders of the so-called nation of the United States? What if government, ANY FORM of government, that does not have 100% of the people's consent is illegitimate?

I have a big problem with this. It only describes rape of females!

While "straight" rape of males by females is rare, it *DOES* happen. So the definition should be amended to include the possibility of rape by females.

Otherwise, if I were a judge, I'd throw this out as unconstitutionally discriminatory. Rare or not, you can't define a crime such that one whole sex could not be guilty of it.

Believe ME: I don't like being "rapped" even by professional artists, much less the TSA.

But as to the latter point: maybe you should ask yourself WHY they're asking that. And the reason is simple: 99.999% of what the TSA does is hassle innocent people. Even if they DID manage to catch a terrorist (and they never have), it wouldn't be worth it.

I'd like to know where the so-called women's groups and feminists have been during all of this. There hasn't been so much as a peep afaik from any of them about these TSA grope sessions. Women and girls, some pre-pubescent, getting sexually abused every day all day at our airports and all we've had from NOW and the rest of them is silence

I guess it's OK to rape/sexually assault women as long as you're the government and you trot out some pretext for it, no matter how lame or fraudulent smh

I'm sure there were a bunch of guards as Auschwitz who has no interest in killing Jews too.

Ethical people don't do jobs that involve abusing others.

TSA officials will just say that passengers gave consent upon arrival at the airport or by purchasing a ticket.
It is my hope that the new definition will stop these unconstitutional, unwarranted, disgusting security measures but alas, I am full of skepticism.
The only way to end the TSA will be to (1) repeal the Patriot Act and(2) end the Department of Homeland Security.
I wonder if airlines and airports will print the following message for customers purchasing airline tickets in 2012: "Thank you for choosing X Airline. Please remember that, upon purchase, you have given consent for vaginal and/or rectal penetration by the TSA. Have a wonderful day!"

The US embassy blast in the early 90s

The Bali explosion

Suicide Bombings in Israel

Should I keep going.  You guys just barely stopped killing yourselves. and you still keep doing it.  Look at Syria.

Somalia genocide.

It's like a war zone over there.  Always has been.

That was well before America even got there.

America just had the only military good enough to help you guys from killing yourselves.

And as for bombing Japan, well we weren't alive then.  What should America just have taken it in the yang and let Japan attack us while the Nazi's in Europe desimated the place.  OK you obviously are young and don't know your history.

We would gladly send the Europeans back,  I have nothing against white man, arabs or any other nationality for that matter.  However we don't believe that God writes books or has prophets.  There is just a spirit world. Europeans came here and said read this (bible) and now the middle east is coming  here and saying read this (koran) No.  We don't have an Adam and Eve story which completely nilifies Koran and Bible.   You can learn a lot from them, but we just don't think that God writes books or has prophets.  Jesus is about the only part that makes sense, but even that baffles most of us.  Because we don't have an Adam and Eve story.  Is there a God we think so.  Just not the one that most people like to believe.

Then there are the Hawaiians that have whole other idea as well as Chinas whole belief system.

Then there are the New Guineas and so on.

Too many people without Adam and Eve Stories.

i wander if you can press charges on the tsa people.

Giovanni March 08, 2012, 08:21 quote

If I am not mistaken, yes you can press charges against TSA if you do not agree with them searching you without a warrant and they go ahead and search you anyways, if you deny the search, you probably won't get on the plane, but at least you won't be humiliated and/or even raped.
But lets not forget, we allowed, even encouraged the creation of the TSA, its no one's fault but our's, I know this may be just puting salt on an old wound, but most of the people who supported the TSA thought that it would not affect them because they were White Americans and thought only foreigners would be affected... say hello to the consequences of being completely ignorant.

TSA - Homeland security - Patriot act - has nothing to do with anything other than preparing americans for totalitarianism, police state functions. Inverted freedom - you can still do anything you want as long as the state controls you. 50% are already in fear. There is not much to go. Goodbye america.
