TSA agents become rapists

The next time you board a flight in the US, be prepared to hand over your luggage to government-hired rapists. Under the FBI’s updated definition of rape, agents with the TSA are as good as guilty of the crime.

When he’s not recording tunes like “Personal OG” and “National Anthem (Fuck the World),” rapper Freddie Gibbs likes to travel. He also likes to smoke weed. A real lot.

Don’t you wish you come across the same agent next time you try and smuggle your personal eightball on your next flight?

"In Colorado, unlawful possession of a half-ounce of pot is a felony offense which comes with up to three years in prison and upwards of $100,000 in penalties for only a first offense."

Source? According to NORML, possessing up to two ounces of pot is a "petty offense" in Colorado carrying no possibility of jail time and a $100 fine.

Meanwhile my country (Mexico)is paying America's sins. Do you remember prohibition? Al Capone? There will be a day when "some" will throw everything behind and join forces with the long list of the enemies of the USA

I have no respect for this Freddie Gibbs what-so-ever.. This TSA agent gave him a break; Mr.Gibbs turns around like a giggling school girl and posts it all on his Twitter.. Is he to selfish to realize this agent is going to get fired and possibly legally reprimanded now? I applaud this TSA agent; hope everything works out for him/her.

Wow!  So old ladies in wheelchairs have to remove their colostomy bags and 3 yr old children can't hold onto their stuffed animals but this federal agency can and will violate federal drug laws and let a man keep his weed.  Talk about bass-akwards!  What a horrendous joke this agency is.

It's too bad he didn't consider how badly he may end up boning that agent over by making this episode public. Good on the TSA dude for not being a tool, I hope he doesn't get fired.

That doesn't mean they found the weed. I worked for TSA while in college. If the operating procedures are still about the same, and I believe they are, that notice was put into a checked bag.
What happens is,  screener loads bags into an xray,  the xray alarms on a suspicious item, the screener searches the bag for that item, checks if it's a threat or not,  then leaves a notice like that one.

If Gibbs had the weed in the bag opposite the suspect item the screener probably didn't even see it. The Xray alarms doesn't alarm for drugs so that's not what the screener was searching for.

He just got lucky. Don't think this is easy to do.  Customs also patrols the ramp with dogs and bags shift during transport making things look suspicious on the xray.
