A scandal is brewing after a UK court blocked the release of intelligence documents concerning torture allegations made by a British resident held at Guantanamo Bay.

President Obama has nominated Leon Panetta, a former democratic congressman with no intelligence experience, to be director of the CIA. But will it actually bring changes to the agency’s harsh interrogation techniques?
It looks like Gitmo prisoners will be faced with a climate change as some of them will probably have to move from the warm tropical island of Cuba in the Caribbean to a much colder place on the shores of the Baltic Sea.
