When riding such an article, I wonder when will Russia's decisions'makers realize than american pliticians cannot be trusted. Whishfull thinking and realistics politics are not to be confused... Naturally, russians could set military bases in Venezuela, Cuba or other friendly countries. Then, it will be the proof that nothing has changed since 1989. Instead of making that G20 a planetary diplomatic fourbery show; why not tell the whole world the simple truth: America has been and stil is the main troubles' maker on Earth. It is up to Mr Obama to show his good will, by actions, not by talks without any sincerity. So far he looks to me as nothing else that an intellectual clône of our french comedian. Ignore that kind of show and make Russia a good example for mankind to follow. Sincerely. Jean-Claude Meslin Tel: +33450240275
