US GOVERNMENT DISPOSES THREE PRINCIPAL INTERVENTION AND MANIPULATION INSTRUMENTS: 1. - THE MILITARY COUP D’ ETAT or establishment of a Dictatorship. {Chile, Argentina etc.} 2.-As the whole world was mobilized against this US “habit”, so it was c converted in to the “DEFENSE OF DEMOKRATIES AND HUMAN RIGHTS” {Iraq, Lebanon}. 1. - THE COMBAT AGAINST DRUG TRAFFICKING….with jet fighters, spying, agents weakening non obeying regimes {Afghanistan, Far East drug triangle}. THE USE OF THE FIRST INSTRUMENT: In the case of HONDURAS, this ex “banana state”, where very important US economic interests were offended, CIA turns on the green light to the those of the military personnel of Honduras, who were trained in the US and usually are promoted a lot faster, to overthrow the Democratically elected President and apply the well known characteristics of a dictatorship: Bend of gatherings, night Carrefour, arrest of key politicians, arbitrary imprisonments, terror through arrests, torture, a limited number of assassinations, control of media, defamation of certain persons through media or “whispering” etc. The application of these standard procedures, together with other specific for the case measures weeks prior to the elections; lead in to the election of puppet politicians. Most citizens are wise and will not vote for Selaya who might bring similar troubles. THE USE OF THE SECOND INSTRUMENT: They use it in all cases as the relevant NGOs are theirs and every time they meet a foreign dignitary they always intimidate him with the appropriate accusations. THE THIRD INSTRUMENT: Israel sent to the president of Panama weapons for his guard trained by Mossad and included in the containers drugs. The president asked asylum in the Vatican embassy. CIA flushed him out by using supersonic noise. This instrument is used in the Aegean Sea to deny the right of Greece to its territorial water.US and Turkish coast guard ships chasse drug traffickers.

Obama has maintained his opposition to the coup government from the beginning and from the beginning has encouraged and pushed for some sort of a deal that would put Honduras back on proper democratic footing. Obama has suspended all non-humanitarian aid, for instance military aid, to Honduras in response to the coup. Zelaya himself is against the imposition of US sanctions against Honduras owing to the humanitarian fall out that would occur if such sanctions were levied. All of this leads me to view this particular commentator as not being objective about the events in question when she claims the US has only got on this issue very recently and has only done so owing to immense international pressure. This in turn leads me to question her credibility about the US-Columbian pact. The Pact does not alter the prestanding Columbian cap of 800 soldiers and 600 contractors being permitted in Columbia. US troops will be limited to non-combat roles. Several different news sources i've looked at say that polls have shown most Columbian are in favor of the deal. President Uribe enjoys an about 70% approval rating right now and had as high as a 90% approval rating last year. The bottom line is that the Colombians like this deal, and that the certain fall out of it is more effective suppression of the leftist rebel drug traffickers who are very unpopular in Columbia because, well, they murder and kidnap innocent people. The US imprint on the ground will remain light, as it should.
