Iran enraged over US nuclear strategy

Iran intends to file a formal complaint to the UN against the US regarding America's new nuclear strategy.
The exclusion of the Islamic state from President Obama’s pledge not to use nuclear weapons against countries that do not have them was perceived by Tehran as a threat to its security.
Iran insists the new US strategy means that the US is actually planning to attack the country.
Thus Obama’s statements are viewed by Tehran as a form of terrorism as they put the Islamic state in the firing line.
“We think that officials of some Western countries try to create a false image and come up with an unreal danger and divert attentions from the real danger which is the existence of such weapons in their hands,” said Ramin Mehmanparast, Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman.
Tehran insists that the country’s national program of uranium enrichment is only for peaceful purposes, such as generating electricity for the country and medical research, something the US and its Western allies do not believe is true due to Iran’s secrecy on the issue in the past.

Obama administration's new "Nuclear Posture Review" states: "The United States will not use or threaten to use nuclear weapons against non-nuclear weapons states that are party to the Non-Proliferation Treaty[NPT] and in compliance with their nuclear non-proliferation obligations." This EXCLUDES the Jewish State on 2 counts: 1. it is not a non-nuclear weapons state, and 2. it never signed the NPT. This INCLUDES Iran and North Korea on the same 2 counts: 1. they are non-nuclear weapons state, and 2. they signed the NPT but EXCLUDES them because: they are not in compliance with the NPT (in the opinion of the Obama administration). BOTTOM LINE: Never sign anything you don't have to, it could get you killed.
IRAN beware! Iran should then be enraged about more countries than only U.S.A ... "In situations critical for national security, a nuclear strike, including a pre-emptive one, is not ruled out," he went on. "Conditions of using nuclear weapons to repel an aggression with the use of conventional weapons not only in a large-scale but also in a regional and even local war have been revised," he said, without naming these conditions. Thus, the message is clear: Russia reserves the right of using nuclear weapons not only against other nuclear powers, but also against local or regional enemies who don't (yet) own nuclear weapons. Moreover, the new doctrine doesn't exclude the use of small, targeted nuclear loads to be used against non-statal enemies, e.g. terrorist organizations ...
