Democracy was murdered in America after the 2000 vote and appointment of George Bush to the Presidency. The owners of my country will never allow W to answer for his crimes.

The CIA is the worlds largest terrorist organization, and will continue to be unless the empire of the Eagle is going down in flames, that however will not happen... ...unless a cataclysmic event occurs.

The American media has not been helpful in reporting and exposing the atrocities, which were committed by the former Bush Administration and the contractors that were hired. America has been known to be a leader in character and doing what is right. Torture no matter what your perspective is, it is clearly wrong! On August 30, 2009 Dick Cheney spoke that it was essential to have interrogation techniques to save American lives and to protect the United States from further attacks. Dick Cheney also stated that he approved of waterboarding. Now we have Carl Rove stating in public that he supported waterboarding. Dick Cheney and Carl Rove are being allowed to speak their minds without being challenged by the news media. Why is that? For the people who believe Dick Cheney’s, Carl Rove’s and John Yoo’s version that waterboarding is not torture and that it has no mental or physical effects on a person I would recommend that you read Dr. Allen Keller opinion on the subject of torture. Dr. Allen Keller. John Yoo the former Assistant Attorney General who wrote the U.S. Dept. of Justice Memo to Alberto R. Gonzales, White House Counsel on August 1, 2002, justifying torture was an argument to justify torture. John Yoo cites several laws to make his argument have some validity, but he also has left out several important cases and laws, which clearly made his argument flawed. I find it hard to believe that Dick Cheney or Alberto R. Gonzales did not ask the following question to John Yoo. John do you think there are any flaws in your argument on torture? John Yoo's Memo. One of the laws left out of his memo is found in the United States Code, Title 18 – Crimes And Criminal Procedure Part 1 – Crimes, Chapter 118 – War Crimes, Section 2441. War crimes 18 USC Sec. 2441. War crimes.
