Despite only a small minority of Americans would support the idea of a revolution in the US, it is still worth trying to spread the message, Carl Dix of the Revolutionary Communist Party of America told RT.

Revolution always seems good before you start, then once you've started, you need quickly work out a plan to stop the revolution and get back to steady state. This is usually a very painful exercise. The US is full of great hardworking people being harvested like cattle for their interest payments and tax. They actually need no revolution at all, above one within themselves to be as free with their vote as they are with their enterprise. The farmers are weak in one area, they can be got rid of with a simple vote, America just needs get back to the land of the free, where freedom begins with the individual. Your independent vote, now that is change you can believe in!

I love it, the U.S.A. may yet be socialist before Russia becomes so again.

America may need a revolution but most Americans live a blind life and see only what they want, the few with enough guts to do anything are too few.

Even if Obama is not really a socialist but pretends to be one, it is a victory of communism. Back in the era of McCarthy and Hoover, about half a century back, none could ever imagine an American president being or pretending to be a socialist. Communism won by ... loosing! As I always like to say, our little planet is a wonderfull ... madhouse! So Zyuganov can be very proud, because finally the party of Lenin really led to the victory of communism as the soviet anthem states. It really has much fun... However I do believe that the "applied" communism was an unbalanced system, it hadn't a correct ballance between individualism and collectivism and the people was much oppressed. Humans are neither ants nor bees...

i think people here in the US dont really know what revolution means anymore, they only hope things get better, theve just been so heavily brainwashed to believe that the system they live in is the best and that it will solve everything, they need to get better informed and information is what they dont have or want to hear.

Although I do not agree with his views on politics, he mentions a lot of very real things affecting the US today, things that I personally think can only be solved by a collapse of the US like what had happened to the Soviet Union.

A revolution is one solution to the problem that America faces now but as Eric said there are not enough Americans who have the guts to actually take any decisive action and even if there was a revolution too much of the military would remain to oppose it. If the revolution was to somehow succeed what guarantee is there that the new government would be any better than the current one? Americans still have the power to change the government with their votes. If Americans really want any change they must stop putting members of the Democratic and Republican party into office. If Americans were to elect Libertarians or Constitutionalists into the House of Representatives, Senate, and president's office then the results of a revolution could be achieved in a peaceful manner without the added risk of tyranny.

Sorry to break this to the socialist/communist freebie loafers, but our revolution is against everything that socialism/communism stands for. In case you haven't noticed, the USA is already the nanny state that you all seem to wish for. Incrementalism has been accomplished & socialism has been put into place here in America. Of course with this fine socialism comes the police state which we now seem to have in every direction that has a camera equipped & a police officer in a black turtle suit for your protection against "terrorists" of course. You say you want a "Revolution", I say your going to get a mighty fine one. I also add that I donot believe it is going to be the Big Daddy government take care of me kind of state that you all seem to lazily enjoy. A Revolution is coming. I hope you won't be depending on those freeloading government food stamps & that monthly check to always be coming in at the 1st of each month. Stand up & be accountable & stop wanting others to take care of you by the transfer of individuals wealth. Charity should be given willingly & not by cohersion or extortion of threat. Your Am3riKKa...isnot our founding fathers intended FREE America . Only Revolution will FREE America!

What is this... omg... I thought that russia actually got rid of communism. Thumbs down RT. My parents have lived in communist Czechoslovakia till 1989. It was a corrupted, rotten system where nothing worked. I was just 6 years old back then, but I remember it as a dirty and polluted place to be. All the the communist supporters please go to the old eastern block and talk to the people who really experianced it. So you can have a clear idea what its about.

Revolutions are caused by deep processes within the development of human society, and cannot be "called" like some rally or event! Mr. Dix did not provide any analysis that could not have been stated at any time. However, offering the solution of communism after the collapse of the Soviet Union seems odd...perhaps he should rebrand himself, like Blackwater did? One of the conditions that can cause a revolutionary situation is when the ruling elite is divided and splits, creating a vacuem of power. Certainly, in the USA it would appear that the ruling elite is very divided (one cannot rely on the media and there is so much theater, so one never knows). Personally, my own theory is that one of the reasons the American and French revolutions could occur (and those were monumentally transformative revolutions) was because the discovery of American destabilized the existing world order back then. My direct experience living and working, however, is that as a people we are vastly polarized. My experience is that particularly since 9/11 one cannot talk politics or even about current events because people are so polarized. Things will become disruptive in the office as someone will start yelling and being very upset. People who are very religious generally state that they hate people who do not believe in God and whatever their political party, they tend to unite to ostracize socially anyone who is not religious or is left wing. So far no one is really hurt, however, other than emotionally. Another condition of revolution would be when the superstructure and the economic base are so out of line there is an economic collapse and people rebel to adjust the supersutructure so that the economy can work. Whether this is really the situation, I don't know but it sure seems so and is certianly so on an international scale, where the economy has globalized, but the governanance is not.

I find it funny that Communism and Communist parties can be spoken of today in a respectful manner all over the Western world, while nationalism is outlawed. Especially in Europe, nationalist parties and activists are targeted by laws that criminalize their political ideas, and the mainstream media outlets go to great pains to propagandize against both the idea and the people involved in nationalism. Yet Communism is the ideology that dehumanizes man more than any other, viewing each person as a human resource with no intrinsic, moral value. Communism has been the most destructive and murderous ideology in history, responsible for far more depredation and death since its rise in the early 20th century than even the dreaded National Socialist Germany. Moreover, Communism harms the nation's own people as much as it does those it attempts to conquer by war. Just look at the videos of the Chernobyl disaster, and all those men thrown unwittingly by the uncaring authorities into the radiation during the cleanup. Look at the Holodomor in the Ukraine, as well as the agricultural policies of Mao that starved to death millions of Chinese. Look at the still overlooked massacres perpetrated by the Bolsheviks in the final days of WWII, the rape of the German women and wanton destruction of civilian centers; the subsequent oppression behind the iron curtain. Look at the decades of keeping the great Russian people tied down to global, aggressive war for the sake of this bankrupt ideology, the sacrifice of their lives for nothing but the greater power of the heads of state. Yet, in Europe, to even try and maintain sovereignty over your country from the EU and to regain some sanity in areas like immigration policy is somehow beyond the pale. Having any sense of pride in your own culture, identity, and history is practically (and in some cases literally) a crime. Yet Communism is acceptable.

“Alex Jones’ highly anticipated upcoming documentary Fall of the Republic: The Presidency of Barack Obama boldly lifts the lid and unveils the fraud behind Brand Obama and how the globalists are using their newest, and slickest ever puppet to destroy the last vestiges of America’s freedom, Constitution and economy, all while helping the bankers loot the country clean. The film exposes the agenda that Obama was put in place to accomplish, a world government allied with a bank of the world run by globalist eugenicists hell-bent on destroying America’s first world status and replacing it with a hollow shell of tyranny. The mind control, the television programming, and all the media talking points that serve to reinforce the image of Brand Obama are laid bare, unveiling the naked ruth, as legendary author and documentary film maker John Pilger recently discussed, that Obama is nothing more than a corporate marketing creation, a skilled hypnotist using seductive tools of propaganda – race, gender and class – to hoodwink the masses into accepting his rhetoric while ignoring the contradiction of his actions. The burgeoning police state, warrantless wiretapping, secret arrests, indefinite detention of citizens, torture, the war in Afghanistan, the war in Pakistan, have all been expanded under Brand Obama despite his promises to reverse them all.The real question to ask is not which class Obama claims to represent or fight for, but which class Obama serves. Fall of the Republic leaves no room for doubt that the class Obama serves is the elite and it is their agenda he is diligently following. In terms of focused research and factual content, Fall of the Republic dominates even The Obama Deception for hardcore evidence and documented material.

The biological universe hates the "steady State" all its sequences end in the dissolution of the individual in death. It is clear that the organization of social existence on the basis of Capitalism is ending. Does this require a revolution? Not at all. The other alternative, human extinction, doesn't require that we do anything at all except keep going the way we are. As extinction is by far the most likely outcome I'd put a bet on it if I could figure out a way to collect my winnings.

Who is this man angry at? It's always odd to me that the very system these people attack is the system under which they are able to spread their belief's. Under communist rule during the time of the USSR, people didn't have the freedom to speak out. Granted, this man apparently believes in the same political philosopy the USSR stood for. God bless America. It hasn't been perfect, and there isn't an excuse for her sometimes wrong doing, but the world is a better place because of America's presence in it. I mean after all, when this man speaks against capitalism, isn't he really mostly speaking of America? The place that has given him his freedom? I know the black man in general, has had to work hard for the freedoms we as a society should have rightly given him to begin with. However, has Mr. Dix lived anywhere else? Jesus loves you Carl Dix! I'm glad for your humanity! I wish you peace and safety!

Obama will, without a doubt, cause America to follow in the footsteps of the USSR, but god knows that he can't do it alone. The American people will help him do it. They have been conditioned for years to rely more and more on government assistance(Food Stamps, Unemployment, Social Security, Welfare, etc.). Now just take away the freedoms that the constitution guarantees (the right to bear arms is almost gone, free speech will most likely be next) and America will be just like the USSR.All his promises about "free" health care and "saving" the economy can not be done by government control. Stop giving the government more power everything that they control ends up broken and now you want to let them control your health too. Come on Americans can you really believe that you can get something for nothing? If you want something you have to earn it. Communism and Socialism lead to the collapse of the USSR so why does Obama think that it will do any different in America?

Revolution worked so well in the former soviet states and some satellites , left all the countries bankrupt and halted development for the next 5 centuries. Why does anyone give such a bad name to the SOviet symbol which are not originally at least meant to symbolize some radical revolution. If the monarchs didnt all deserve to be overthrown then no revolution would have happened here in the first place. But it is not fair to use the soviet symbol of the worker and lenin to symbolize radical revolutions and very violent parties in the US. I think it sends bad messages. If moscow is now the capital of oligarchs and feudalism then why would the US need a revolution if it is doing quite fine.

Bloody revolution should not be the solution in a country which pretend to be the greatest democracy in the World. This implicate that the majority's rule must be respected. Actually it does not work that way simply because education and communication have failled. Materialistic considerations have taken the control in all segments of life. What I wrote, concerning the Julius Cesar's devise has never be so true: Governing idiots is a lot easier than leading well educated citzen...What is needed in America is also required elsewhere: stupidity's mondialisation is as prolific as the worldwide business'connections. When you see the exploitation of so many citizen from emerging countries who above all will simply steal developped states' workers' jobs; you ask: Why can states have in their Penal Code the crime of economic treason (In France, we will have half of the CAC40 managers in jail, but not over 10% of unemployed peoples). I tried to promote such an idea before the 2007 presidential campaign and my most virulent opposants were the syndicats. Rather difficult to understand; unless you know Jules Cesar's devise. Sorry Future Generations...Sincerely...Jean-Claude Meslin
