The u. s. postal service can survive if good managers/leaders are chosen. All the incompetent people that are now in place for politically correct reasons should be let go immediately. The u. s. postal service should start hiring and promoting based on competence, not ethnic/racial considerations alone. Many of the employees do an excellent job (those at the worker level} but the managers and supervisors ,as a whole, are a bunch of useless idiots. This oeganization only survives because it is a federally mandated monopoly and the good tax payers are on the hook to ensure it's survival. This organization could fire 90 per cent of it's so called managers/supervisors and realize a great improvement in the process. A country's postal service is no place to experiment with social engineering. Give the competent and qualified workers a break.
