Before Israeli forces raided and killed nine activists aboard the Mavi Marmara, 34 US service men were killed by Israeli forces in 1967 during the the Six Day War.
The USS Liberty was then attacked in international waters in 1967—the Humanitarian Flotilla was attacked in international waters two weeks ago; how many more terrorist acts Israel has committed is jet to surface out and the World will see who the greatest terrorist on the Planet is.
Ah yes, let's deprive the world's only Jewish State, and one of the smallest countries in the world, of its right to self defense. Now there's justice and fair play for you. Israel is the victim of Hamas' terrorist aggression, not the instigator, or do we not count the thousands of rockets fired into Israeli civilian populations?
My sister-in-law and her family have held the death of her brother on the Liberty in their hearts and minds for over 40 years. That one of our staunchest allies was responsible for this terrorist attack upon a US ship is unfathomable. That Israel has not accepted responsibility and asked forgiveness of all the relatives deeply affected is unfathomable. That the US has been involved in a cover-up of this injustice is unfathomable. That Congress should convene a thorough investigation, even at this unfathomably late date, is obvious.
