The illegally imprisoned at Gitmo concentration camp, could be suspects, but cannot be convicts, because they have not been though the due process of a trial and subsequent conviction.. What is interesting here, is the way the story goes, it is similar to the many on a watch list are innocent story, when indeed all that are on a watch are innocent, unless some of them have also been through the due process of a trial and subsequent conviction to prove guilt. The whole labelling has been created by the west, to take their regimes to a next level, that is one of guilty as chosen. They decide who should be guilty without the basic norms of legal civilisation, then incacerate them, based on their arbitary and politically driven decision on guilt.
