What did CIA lie about?

US Congress has once again accused the CIA of lying to lawmakers. This follows the statement from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in May that the agency failed to inform her about the use of harsh interrogation techniques.
Pelosi is not telling the whole truth, either. Everybody in Congress is in major "CYA" mode. We're shocked! SHOCKED I tell you! that CONgress heard fibs from the CIA. Who would ever have thought that! _gasp_ Yeah, right. Almost everybody in Congress rolled over for the Bush administration, except for a few marginalized folks like McKinney, Paul, and Kucinich. Nobody wants to admit they were on the intelligence committees or saw memos that cried out for investigations. Nobody wants to admit they were cowed into accepting torture as "normal" and a surveillance society for "safety". Don't look at the man behind the curtain. It could be your Representative or Senator.
The CIA is a terrorist organization. They are directly responsible for the assassination of the United States' 35th President, John F Kennedy and for the murder of almost 3000 Americans in New York on September 11th, 2001. The CIA instigates and foments hostility in foreign countries, etc. The CIA...bottom line/...is nothing more than a terrorist organization and should be disbanded forever.
