The US military has launched a new type of spacecraft into orbit from Cape Canaveral. The unmanned X-37B has caused speculation about it having been developed for military purposes.

According to the US Air Force, the winged spacecraft is set to be a platform for unspecified experiments and is able to stay on orbit for to 270 days, AP reported.

US Air Force said that the launch was a success. However, no further details have been released. Meanwhile, there is growing speculation the spaceship could be used for military gains.

“When the Air Force spends this much money on a program, they see some potential, military usefulness in it,” said former director of US Advanced Space Programs Development Robert M. Bowman.

”One possible mission would be the destruction of opposing military satellites, gaining absolute military control of space. The second would be to destroy targets on the surface of the Earth from space without warning. These two missions were the missions assigned to the Department of Defense in 1982 by Ronald Reagan in his secret defense guidance document,” says Bowman.

I wonder what would happen if a country named Country XYZ launched such a spacecraft. Would the U.S. President appear on national television and announce to the American people there is evidence a weapon of mass destruction has been launched by Country XYZ? Then, would the U.S. President announce the U.S is launching a preemptive attack on that country with all the thrill and visual excitement of a 4th of July Celebration saying this attack will "shock and awe" both the people of the United States for their entertainment and Country XYZ for their submission to U.S. rule? I think I know the answer as well as every thinking person on this planet. Whatever the combination of KEY forces is that is running the United States for those KEY forces' vital interests will not be stopped. Be very much assured those KEY forces running the United States do not include President Obama. He may have opinions but he knows his opinions are just that - his opinions - and that he is not the driving force behind his voice when his voice moves beyond talk and becomes action.. If it were possible to sit down with President Obama and he could be truthful, frank & honest in his answer [impossible] to the question, the world would know what KEY forces are making the decisions. He is clearly NOT the decision-maker. He is a puppet. Some of those KEY forces are glaringly obvious - the military-industrial complex is one. It is President Obama who could clarify and put a label on the KEY forces pulling his puppet strings in the military-industrial complex. The interesting question remains as to what would President Obama reveal as the KEY forces - and label or name those KEY forces - that clearly pull his puppet strings.Conversely, it would be interesting and a surprise to know what are thought of as KEY FORCES pulling his puppet strings and are clearly not. He and he alone knows the answer and he isn't going to reveal anything. He can't. It would be an act of "suicide" on his part.
