So, they admit it, the last I looked spying on American's without probable cause is not only unconstitutional, but ILLGAL! And if this discussion WOULD NOT HAVE taken place without Snowden's "leaked" information, should he be called a "Whistleblower& quot;? As I understand it the criteria is rather simple, knowledge and proof of "waste, fraud, or abuse " by a govermemt angencey or contractor, he should have all the safe gurads, and protections garrentied by the WHISTLE BLOWER ACT"
