Snowden has revealed that most of what the NSA do is unconstitutional and you don't need to be a high court judge to understand that little gem.
If USA government followed the very fine Bill of Rights Constitution their would be peace in the World.
Because of the absence of Peace it follows that USA government are not in accord with its own USA constitution.
Co nclusion = NSA and military do not want Peace and want to profit by scaremongering about security to access USA dollars for their mad schemes of killing by remote control and Spying on everybody to keep far away countries in a state of confusion and instability.

Can democracy works if a surveillance system implemented on common peoples? NEVER

Cake 17.12.2013 04:02

Likely? LIKELY!!!!! Can we line up all politicians and kick them in the nuts??? Nevermind they have none. They sold them to the Rothschild aka, Devil!! The biggest elite banker in the whole world is behind all of this! Anyone here know Zionism? Well, this is it... again

Great!! now when do we have the hearing to charge the traitors who are subverting the constitution? I am sure the guilty ones who approved this, supervise this, and work in this feel very empowered and beyond prosecution. It has been this way for a long time. I am happy to tell them that the fury is growing and small measures will no longer work to pacify the masses. Many who were once asleep, are finally awakening in horror to what has happened to our country. We will not forgive and we will not forget, align yourself with justice or face the consequences of you actions. (Nuremburg trials anyone?)

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

-4th Amendment, United States Constitution.

NSA activities may be illegal but so what? US government does not mind undermining its own citizen's democratic rights for the security of its corporate's interest!

Too bad that reading the Constitution isn't as important to Mare Cans as singing God bless America at ball games is.

Clearly this all is unconstitutional as I have maintained because they are not supposed to be sucking everything up just in case. There is no place for General Warrants and fishing expeditions and government electronic stalking. There are reasons for why things are the way they are and they have always known it. That is why they have secret courts and secret laws and secret rulings and retaliation if you try to confront them on the law and lots and lots of people in jail on forced pleas all while a few well connected got real rich with their insider information. But here is the system slowly getting into gear.

QUOTE “I acted on my belief that the NSA's mass surveillance programs would not withstand a constitutional challenge, and that the American public deserved a chance to see these issues determined by open courts,” Snowden wrote. UNQUTE -
I almost convinced that Snowden speeks the truth, but was he so naive to think he would get away with it ?

Snowden should be given a $25million whisteblowing reward, and James Clapper and Alexander should be going to jail along with the house intelligence senators, for life in prison. Thats what should be happening. Its not right. All of this has been illegally withheld from the world, the US people, and is utterly illegal, unconstitutional and the fact that its going on people should be ashamed in leadership. I hope the courts, which I have no faith in either, truly do issue an injunction permanently against ALL searches including internet, phone and tracking.

All I know to say is thank you. Thank you Glenn Greenwald and your team for keeping your word to Edward Snowden and the worlds people. Edward Snowden, you are a true whistle blower. What you have given up personally I can't even imagine. We all should feel indebted to you for opening our eyes. Now it is up to us to force the changes needed to restore the basic concepts of personal privacy. I will always wish you the best and hopefully in time you will be able to have the peace you so richly deserve.

Governments always become corrupted -this is what greed does -desire for more wealth-more power- driven by ego
Chnages will be made that benefit governemnt - not the public once high levels of corruption is reached which are the current conditions. I think anybody can know this and accept this level of truth?
The important thing is to not hate the individual but to see and care about what is being done the (actions) like warring for profiting being putrid.
This is what greed creates when it’s hidden not public knowledge - when it’s left unchecked and not managed - hidden in secrets rather than open Transparent

things are happening but will anything change?

Th ings are changing every day- the directions in which we are heading are not good.
America is scheduled to become a third world nation- and this will be fully contriolled using very high sciences the public has no ideas exists due to (SECRETS)
They have no ideas of what to look for- no truth of any REAL value is ever offered to the public.
It continues becuase people are very busy trying to (CHASE) the paper in order to survive.
It will continue untill all people care for more than themsleves and make the changes

D F 16.12.2013 21:24

This area of science has made incredible advancements in causing a blindness of sorts to a non-suspecting public.

I would offer a suggestion to the public to educate yourself - turn off the propaganda machine- and self-educate.
How many people understand how the human eye detects and perceives any object?
We perceive and recognize shape forms and colors through the process of REFLECTION- and I assure you these REFLECTIONs like a mirage can be and are managed- in minute detailing.
The real power is one of deception and regulating knowledge containing higher knowledge
Knowle dge is the real power- not armies
