Sending a single dime to support a religion or a theocracy like Isrealhell is illegal and unconstitutional. The 4 billion a year we give to Isrealhell is in reality 50 billion a year when you include all the foreign aid we give to other countries to keep the peace with Isrealhell, other countries to buy Isrealhell's goods and services, and other countries to bribe their politicians to pass holyco$t laws and laws against antisemitic hate speech. Why would the U.S. Congress (House and Senate) and the Administration break the law to fund Israel for anything?  What is it that Israel has on the U.S. that  causes the U.S. to break the law?  Has the U.S. been threatened by Israel in such a way that they will continue to fund Israel at all costs?  Why hasn't this law surfaced and stopped this illegal funding in any of the budget hearings on Foreign Aid?  Is there no spine in any one of the government officials to stop this illegal act?  Why hasn't the law been repealed?
