Pentagon denies $200 million request for Guantanamo upkeep

A US military request for funding to renovate the prison base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba was denied by Pentagon officials in the Obama administration who, while pledging to close the prison, have been consistently prevented from doing so by Congress.

I'd say the Cubans already have plans to liberate that abomination when the United States ends up in a world war against the whole world.

The concentration camp at Guantanamo Bay is disgusting. This permanent holding facility should be condemned by the UN, the World Court, and all freedom loving nations.

Obama promised to close the prison. But the fact that it remains open, once again proves that politicians cannot be trusted.
