There are easy ways to use bittorrent and other p2p networks while makin it impossiable for your isp or anyone else for that matter to know what you are downloading/uploadin g. Google is everyone's friend. Then you have nothing to worry about.

ISPs should be allowed to do whatever they want with their own network. That, is internet freedom.
