The volume of oil pumped to Europe via the Druzhba pipeline in Belarus hasn’t changed after repair work, the Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry reports playing down fears of a halved oil supply to Europe.
"The volume of oil transit to Europe was not affected, neither was the supply of oil to Belarusian refineries," said the company’s representative adding that the damaged pipe was operating normally.

"The stock capacity of our pipelines can help eliminate such accidents without serious consequences for consumers," he said as quoted by RIA.
Transneft reported a leak in one of the pipes of the Druzhba pipeline near a pumping station in Bobovichi, Belarus, on Sunday evening.
The company feared the accident could interrupt April supplies to Europe.
