Rosneft – ExxonMobil a key to improved investor confidence

The new agreement between Rosneft and ExxonMobil on joint exploration and development in Russia and internationally, could be a key factor in reviving the investment climate according to Yaroslav Lissovolik, Chief Economist at Deutsche Bank Russia.
