The elegant brutality of nature was on display in Australia this month when a reptile wrangler captured one small-eye snake eating another.
The unnamed narrator from Toowoomba Snake Catchers introduced the video with a science lesson, “It is common for snakes to eat other snakes, but less common to get it on video. I hope you enjoy.”
The “24/7 service” in Queensland offers house calls for reptile removal as well as live shows where you can meet the sexy slithering snakes.

In this impressive display, the hungry alpha snake stuffed the other one in its mouth, chomping through its scaly snack, leaving just its skinny tail.
