Forty-eight people have been wounded in a train crash at Francia station in the Spanish city of Barcelona, according to emergency services cited by Reuters. No deaths have been reported.
The train was arriving from the Spanish town of Sant Vicenç de Calders in the province of Tarragona, on the R2 line of the Rodalies commuter rail service, emergency services have said, according to Reuters.
It is not yet known what caused the train to crash.
Among the 48 people wounded, five have been gravely injured and 18 were sent to hospitals, a local journalist has tweeted. The driver of the crashed train is among those injured, local media reported.
