A leap of faith: Russian base jumper falls 120 meters and lives to tell the tale (VIDEO)

A Russian daredevil has survived a fall from a 120 meter power pylon after his parachute failed to open.

The seven second leap of faith, which is higher than London’s St. Paul’s Cathedral , left the jumper with fractured vertebrae, pelvis and legs. Spectators filming the jump were horrified as the young man smacked into the ground below.  Miraculously, the jumper regained consciousness after 2 minutes and was lucky to live to tell the story.
