A car with people inside has been blown up in the capital of Russia’s Republic of Ingushetia, Nazran, Wednesday.

The Interfax-South news agency cites a source in the Interior Ministry, who says the Russian-produced vehicle exploded while driving on one of the city’s streets.

“According to preliminary information, as a result of the explosion there are both dead and wounded,” Interior Ministry spokesperson commented.

An investigation of the incident is underway.
