Timoshenko says if a new coalition is not put in place within weeks, she wants to bring forward the Presidential election which is currently set for 2010. She says the complete clearance of the political field in the country will help avoid any crises in the future. At the same time Timoshenko underlined that she’ll do everything to prevent the early election. Once former allies, current President Viktor Yushchenko and Timoshenko, are now fierce rivals for the country's top job.
