Tough challenges for Perm fire investigators

Investigators of the Perm fire will face many challenges in trying to understand why the accident actually happened, said investigative journalist Wayne Madsen.

“Of course, what is going to be the biggest problem with a fire here is that evidence is largely destroyed,” he said. Madsen added that investigators will have to carefully look at different clues to determine whether the accident was an act of arson.
