As Iran has become the target of a series of bombings and assassinations, the much maligned “rogue state” is merely the latest victim to fall prey to the world’s real axis of evil, Adrian Salbuchi writes.

Since the failed Israeli invasion attempt into Southern Lebanon in mid-2006 when they were routed by the well-trained and disciplined forces of Hezbollah, the Zionist Regime has been licking its wounds. Once again, Israel is seeking an opportunity to “Secure the Realm” – as Bush Pentagon Planners (and Council on Foreign Relations members) Richard Perle, Dougles Feith and David & Meyrav Wurmser recommended to Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu – in the face of growing anti-Zionist sentiment and resistance in the region and worldwide. Thus, for the past five years, Israel, the US and the UK have constantly threatened Iran – jointly and separately – with unilateral military attack. Using its nuclear program as an excuse, they’ve used their combined media clout in an effort to convince the world that Iran is a threat.  Summarily labeled a sponsor of terrorism, the story goes that they should never have nuclear weapons. As we explained in an article at the beginning of November, the truth is that Iran is clearly not a threat to the region or anybody else. In fact, it was Iran that has been repeatedly attacked by the Western powers and their proxies in the region. In recent months, the drums of war have begun beating again. As the US, UK and Israel have openly threatened Iran with a pre-emptive strike, they’ve shamelessly orchestrated a report by the IAEA “proving” that Iran is seeking a nuclear weapon, all based on “data provided by said member states”. Now, who could those “member states” be?  The US, UK, France and Israel, perhaps? In spite of all the war-mongering emanating from Washington, London, Paris and Tel-Aviv, all of which has been supported by the Western Media PsyWar, the truth is that invading Iran is extremely risky.  It’s not just because Iran is strong and ready, but also because there’s Russia and China…  So while the Western powers try to decide on what to do officially about Iran tomorrow, let’s try to uncover who’s already covertly bombing Iran today.  On November 12, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Missile Base near Tehran suffered a massive explosion which killed over 20 people, including Commander General Hassan Moqaddam. Then, at the end of November, an explosion rocked a Uranium conversion plant in Isfahan. In June 2010, there were cyber attacks against Uranium enrichment centrifuges in Natanz. Then there was an October explosion at a military base housing Shahab 3 missiles near Khorramabad, as well as the car-bomb killings and shootings of  nuclear scientists Dariush Rezaei (July), Massoud Mohammadi (October), Majid Shahriari (November), and a failed attempt against Professor Fereidoun Abbasi.  And only a few days ago, another bomb hit a nuclear facility, this time in Yadz. The Israeli press is openly admitting Israeli state-sponsored terrorism in these cases. For example Ha’aretz newspaper ran a headline on 2 December that read, “The war against Iran’s nuclear program has already begun”.Clearly, all well-planned, well-financed and well-executed terrorist attacks are backed by good intelligence and logistical support. Now, who could be doing this to Iran? Not the Iranians! Not the Russians… Not the Chinese… Certainly not the Venezuelans, nor the Argentineans, the North Koreans, nor the Cubans…!!Might it be the Americans? Maybe the British? The Israelis!?!? A combination of all three? Or, more likely, private sub-contractors operating for the CIA, MI6 and Mossad, now that war is increasingly being outsourced and privatized… Might it be some corporate entity or subsidiary like the notorious Blackwater, a chameleon “security” corporation which has morphed into Xe Services and now Academi?  Maybe they’re remote-controlled “freedom fighters”, as we’ve seen in Libya and throughout the Middle East. We’ll probably never know for sure. Certainly the Western media will not want to trouble global public opinion with these uncomfortable questions. And if the tell-tale signs should become too glaring, as happened with 9/11 or 7/7, then they’ll just brush everything off as another “conspiracy theory”.Now, good reader, use your common sense. Who could have the desire, the capabilities, the resources and the logistical capabilities to carry out such horrendous terror attacks inside Iran? Who have, over the past 70 years, systematically perpetrated such covert illegal operations inside other countries using violence, assassination, bombings and flagrant terrorist tactics? Who overthrew Iran’s PM Mohammed Mossadegh in 1953? Who overthrew Guatemala’s president Jacobo Arbenz in 1953? Who blew up the King David Hotel in Jerusalem in 1947 – an attack which killed a hundred Britons – while the perpetrator  went on to become PM of Israel and a Nobel “Peace Prize” winner? Who supported and abetted genocidal military-civilian regimes in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and Africa in the ’60s and ’70s? Who armed death squads in El Salvador in the ’80s? Who assassinated Count Bernadotte, the UN-Envoy to Palestine, in 1946 and also later also became PM of Israel? Who destroyed Iraq based on blatant lies about nonexistent WMD’s? Who bombed Iraq’s Ozirak nuclear reactor in 1981? Who has been raping Palestine from 1948 to this very day? Who attacked the USS Liberty during the Six Day War in June 1967?  Who…  So many questions purposely left “unanswered…” So many obvious answers!! Now, who do you think are the real Rogue States sponsoring terrorism inside Iran and throughout the world?
