A report by the human rights watchdog, Amnesty International, says Russian speakers continue to experience discrimination in Estonia.
It says that non-Estonian speakers are suffering with many unable to get a job. Approximately 30 per cent of the country is not fluent in the native language, with many speaking Russian. The report also criticised extreme policing in Tallinn last year, during riots over the removal of a Soviet monument.
