At nearly 90 years of age, a man from southern Russia has shown he still has what it takes to become a dad.

At 89, Armais is one of the world's oldest fathers, and he loves to spend time with little Artyom. Looking at them, it is impossible to believe the child is his son.The birth of their second child was a miracle for Armais and his 34-year-old wife, Yevgenia. Now they want to share their joy with the world."Tell me, am I in the Guinness book yet? Because I think I should be there for conceiving a child at my age," Armais says. The Nazarovs live in the small town of Armavir in southern Russia. However, it is their last week in their tiny apartment. As a World War II veteran, Armais is eligible to receive a small flat from the government. But local authorities decided that this extraordinary family needs more living space. "The city’s administration decided to buy a larger three-bedroom apartment for the Nazarovs and to remodel it to suit the needs of this “young family,” says Armavir Mayor Sergey Gerashenko. Most men in Armais Nazarov’s family have lived long lives, so he is hoping to see his 101’st birthday.
