The son of French President Nicolas Sarkozy has been awarded with a "papa's boy" by the “Save the Rich” campaign activists, the AFP news agency reports.
Jean Sarkozy received the honor for his actions in favor of the French moneybags.
15 activists dressed in white lab coats broke into the Rotary Club in Paris, where the 22-year-old was having lunch, and presented him with the award.
Sarkozy Jr., who is a regional councilor from the chic Paris suburb of Neuilly-sur-Seine, accepted it and said: “Well done”.
After that, the activists lectured the young politician on the divide between the rich and the poor.
"It was a pleasure talking with you," Jean Sarkozy said in the end.
The "Save the Rich!" campaign was launched in March with the professed goal of helping wean France's wealthy class away from its "crass, vulgar, and very sad lifestyle".
Earlier this month, the group targeted advertising magnate Jacques Seguela, who sparked outrage in France when he claimed that anyone who doesn't have a Rolex by the age of 50 is a "failure".
