On Wednesday, a court agreed to suspend the trial for the duration of the therapy, but ruled the defendant has to remain in custody. The prosecution said it's up to the doctors to decide where the patient should be treated. Aleksanyan's former boss, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who has been on hunger strike in support of his colleague, will stop his protest as soon as the transfer is confirmed.
