At least 20 killed by truck bomb in north Iraq – officials
A suicide bomber set off a truck bomb near a crowded marketplace in the northern Iraqi town of Tuz Khurmatu, south of Kirkuk, on Tuesday. At least 20 people were killed and 40 injured, Reuters said, citing police and medical sources. An Interior Ministry spokesman said that a “violent explosion” took place in a Tuz Khurmatu vegetable market, without giving details.
