Deposed Catalan leader Carles Puigdemont said that he will stay in Belgium “for now,” AFP reported on Wednesday. The statement came despite Spain dropping European arrest warrants for him and four former ministers. “Can we move around the EU without fear? For now we don’t have an answer, so for now we will stay here,” Puigdemont said at a news conference in Brussels.
