Thousands of people gathered in Putrajaya, Malaysia on Friday for a demonstration called the ‘Solidarity Rally to Save Jerusalem.’ The event, held at the Putra Mosque, was organized as a non-partisan rally and was joined by the Association of NextGen Christians of Malaysia (Ancom), among others. Participants want to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people after US President Donald Trump announced his decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
