Agence France-Presse confirmed the death of the news agency’s chief photographer, Shah Marai, who was killed in the Afghan capital in a double suicide attack on Monday. The journalist died in the second blast in Kabul, which targeted a group of journalists who were hurrying to the scene of the first suicide attack. Marai was one of at least 29 victims of the double blast that rocked Kabul on Monday. Five more journalists from the local media have also perished, officials confirmed.
