Some 20 people were injured, two of them critically, in explosions at or near a clinic in Peru's capital Lima, local police have reported. Two bombs, apparently hidden in backpacks, were detonated; one in the parking lot of the Ricardo Palma clinical facility and another in a laboratory there. Lima Police General Gastón Rodríguez said the two people injured most by the explosions –a man and a woman– may have been the ones who carried the bombs.
