2 more Russian athletes allowed to compete amid national federation suspension
The international athletic governing body IAAF has approved two Russian runners, Yegor Nikolayev and Aleksandr Skorobogatko, to compete as neutral athletes, amid the continuing suspension of the All-Russian Athletic Federation, which was imposed in December 2016 over doping allegations. The decision of the IAAF Doping Review Board raises to 74 the number of Russian athletes who have been declared eligible to compete in 2018.
